Top Ten lists… Are they about you and your life, or how you want others to see you and your life?
This year, for a photography challenge that asks you to select your ten favorite 2018 images (NOT a simple exercise in any way), I’m featuring the fantastical “reality” of how I see the world from behind my lens. If my perspective and vision come through, I’m pleased.
Who I shot them for or where or why isn’t important in this post.
Will you feel the joy and exhilaration I did in these captured moments? Do they transport you. Does what I want to matter most resonate with you eyes, your experience, your soul as you travel with me? Are these perfectly imperfect images successful in connecting us and inspiring you to pass along that love for nature’s healing promise and power?
Will you know me just a bit more, for having taking this brief glance back to how many blessings 2018 showered on me?
Each image is from my heart. Each title from my soul.
My wish for you—an amazing 2019 to explore!
P.S. Everyone be sure to link over to Jim Goldstein’s blog to enjoy the rest of the challenge entries, as well as his amazing work!
P.P.S Then, if you’re of a mind share some top ten love of your own, so the rest of us can get to know you better ;o)
